DESCRIPTION OF INVOLVEMENT IN THE ACADEMY'S ACTIVITIES OR IN INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS:
- Science communication: Dr. Gjoneska is practicing enhanced science communication with various stakeholders (across different regions, disciplines and career stages), by collaborating in many Big-Team Science (BTS) initiatives, that are aimed to improve the generalizibility of scientific findings through cutting-edge and cross-cultural research. In this regard, she publishes frequently on topics that would help enhance open-science practices and reduce questionable research practices in the aforementioned sciences.
- Education: Dr. Gjoneska is also engaged in promoting inclusive and open practices in education and science. To this date, she is active member of many such initiatives, including the Framework for Open and Reproducible Research Training (FORRT), and the Psychological Science Accelerator (PSA) among others.
- Outreach: Importantly, if selected, Dr. Gjoneska will be one of the rare representatives from the Balkan region, thus facilitating the outreach prospects for the IAP.
