Biography

Dr. Naderian is currently a Cardiology Resident at the Tehran Heart Center. He is a researcher working on non-Communicable Diseases Research Center, Endocrinology and Metabolism Population Sciences Institute, Tehran University of Medical Sciences and the director of the university’s “REFLECT” (REdesigning a FLExible differentiated Curriculum for Talented students) program.

Dr. Naderian received an MD from the School of Medicine, Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2017 and a Master’s in Public Health from the university’s School of Public Health in the same year.

Dr. Naderian is the Founder and Director of “REFLECT” (REdesigning a FLExible differentiated Curriculum for Talented students) at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. This program provides new opportunities for the best students in Iran to enhance their skills in various fields, such as leadership skills, critical thinking skills, personal development skills, and problem-solving skills. This program got the original idea from the word "Future Skills" and created a unique environment for students to be more competent in order to play their roles in their countries as the future leaders and managers.

Dr. Naderian is the Founder and former Director of “Medicine, This Infinite Way” – a program aimed at creating a dialogue between medical students and leading experts through a series of conferences. He also helped with the creation of a mentoring office for students at Tehran University of Medical Science and was involved in a cardiovascular diagnosis program for Tehran residents. In addition to his commitment at the local level, Dr. Naderian was a member of the Student Committee responsible for organizing the first student pre-event in the 7th World Health Summit Regional Meeting on Kish Island, Iran.
